A Modern Refuge:
Being.
Becoming.
Belonging.
What is Groundless?
Groundless is headquartered in the Funk Zone in Santa Barbara, California. But, we’re not only a place.
Community may be the most important thing we create. We do that through curating and hosting shared experiences like gatherings, workshops, classes, and meditations in-person and online. We function as a platform for art, music, writing, podcasts, and creativity of all kinds.
What we aspire to be is a modern refuge — a cultural hub for the exploration of what it means to be fully alive, for learning and growing to our full potential, and for realizing that we all deeply and fundamentally belong together.
In other words, a refuge in the form of being, becoming, and belonging.
Groundless emerged from the experience of its founder’s cancer diagnosis. You can find out more about Aaron’s journey on his Substack.
